Interval functional circuit training
Group training. High-intensity training that trains both the upper and lower body. The training consists of cardio (endurance) and strength exercises that involve all muscle groups. Cardio load helps improve heart and circulatory health, while strength exercises strengthen muscles. Circuit training consists of several exercises performed one after the other with rest breaks. The training begins with a warm-up and ends with stretching. The training uses versatile equipment – balls, dumbbells, ropes, etc. One of the priorities of this training is to strengthen the deep muscles, which improves and develops coordination, balance and flexibility. The training helps to create a beautiful and proportional figure by strengthening muscles and reducing fat mass.

Glute Boost
Glute Boost – a workout for the glute muscles. The glute muscle is one of the largest muscles in the body. In our daily lives, we spend a lot of time sitting – both at work and at home – and in the evening we might go for a walk, but our movements tend to be repetitive. Squats and lunges alone do not sufficiently engage the smaller muscles. In the Glute Boost workout, the focus is on functional exercises for the glute muscles – to strengthen and shape them. The session also includes pelvic mobility exercises.
This is a medium-intensity class, and prior registration is required!
Training schedule: Wednesdays: 19:15.
